At First Internet, we thrive on creating collaborative, results-driven strategies that push the boundaries of what’s possible. That’s why we are proud to announce that, in partnership with Black Brick, we have been nominated for three categories at the European Search Awards including:

1. Best Use of Search – B2C (SEO, Small)

2. Best Use of Search – Real Estate and Property (Small)

3. Best Low Budget Campaign (SEO, Small)

These nominations reflect the hard work, dedication, and out-of-the-box ideas that our team puts into every project. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, we have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients across a wide range of industries. From web development and design to SEO and social media marketing, our multi-service offerings have built a reputation to be reckoned with.

Our partnership with Black Brick, a prestigious property buying agency based in the heart of London, has been a long-standing success. Black Brick caters to high-net-worth individuals seeking prime properties in London and the West Country from around the world, including the Middle East and the US. However, when we first started working with them, their website was generating traffic but no significant enquiries, losing them multi-million-pound deals each month.

The challenges of this project included driving traffic to their website, improving the quality of that traffic, and converting website visitors into valuable enquiries. All this had to be done in a market with its fair share of turbulence, politically, economically, and technologically with the ever growing AI search.

But, how did we do it? The main key to success was our approach to integrating multiple channels to create a cohesive and effective strategy.

Optimising Content for High-Value Keywords

Understanding Black Brick’s audience was crucial. We focused on long-tailkeywords and created highly targeted, high-quality content that answered the needs of their specific clientele.

Using PPC to Complement Organic Growth

In addition to improving organic rankings, we launched targeted PPC campaigns to improve visibility on niche terms, driving traffic that was primed for conversion.

Boosting International Reach

By optimising the website for both technical SEO and international content, we were able to expand Black Brick’s reach into markets in the US, Middle East, and beyond.

Adapting to Market Changes

The ability to react quickly to market shifts, whether political or economic, was key. We fine-tuned our approach to meet the demands of both the market and our audience, ensuring continued success despite volatility.

AI Search

As AI-driven search becomes more prevalent, we embraced it early. By preparing for AI search agents like GPT and Gemini, we were able to secure valuable traffic through these emerging channels.

Despite the complexities of these projects, we were able to achieve impressive results, even on a tight budget. These include, but are not limited to:

Form submissions: Increased to 196, up by 18% YoY | 20 additional submission target exceeded

Phone calls: 195 total calls made through website resulting in a 52% increase YoY | 150 target exceeded

Organic impressions count: 128K average monthly sessions achieved (not including organic PR driven traffic) | 100K Objective exceeded by 27%

US Traffic growth: Lowest traffic recorded at 100 p/m, highest recorded at 185 | 100 sessions p/m target exceeded

Country & Coast keyword visibility: From 11 new tracked keywords, five reached page one in month one. By month three, eight keywords were consistently ranking on page one | Target exceeded

Engagement rate: Average organic engagement of 90% achieved | 85% target exceeded

PPC form submissions: Over five months, average of 5.4 submissions recorded (with 10 recorded across Dec and Jan each) | Target of reaching five surpassed

US Relocation rankings: 11 keyword rankings in the US – one on page one, 5 on page two | Target exceeded

AI search sessions: 74 sessions recorded across GPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

Engagement noted directly by client | Target exceeded. These results have not only boosted Black Brick’s online visibility but also helped convert website visitors into qualified leads, ultimately driving growth for the business.

Here’s what our team had to say regarding the three award nominations:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be nominated for three European Search Awards for our work with Black Brick. It’s a proud moment that reflects the incredible talent, creativity and commitment of our team. At First Internet, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, results-driven SEO strategies — and to have that recognised on a European stage is a real honour. These nominations are a testament to the hard work behind the scenes and the fantastic collaboration we’ve had with Black Brick.”
