We are proud to announce that LupaSearch has been shortlisted for the European Search Awards 2025 a proof of our continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and growth in the eCommerce search space.

This is the third consecutive year we have been recognized among Europe’s best, and each year our journey has been nothing short of transformative.

Who We Are

LupaSearch is an AI-powered eCommerce search solution designed to help online stores boost their sales by delivering better, faster, and smarter product discovery experiences. Our technology understands even imperfect queries, personalizes results in real time, and enables merchants to retain customers who would otherwise leave after a poor search experience.

Today, our platform processes hundreds of millions of search queries every month across leading retailers in the Baltics and beyond.

The Work We Submitted

For the 2025 awards, we presented our work with Kesko Senukai Digital one of the largest eCommerce players in the Baltics.

After implementing LupaSearch across all their online stores and mobile apps in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, Kesko Senukai recorded a remarkable increase in search-driven conversions within the first quarter of 2025, compared to the same period the year before.

Given that approximately one in five visitors uses site search and 80% of shoppers abandon a store after a poor search experience — the stakes are incredibly high. By offering customers accurate, fast, and intuitive results even with typos or vague queries, LupaSearch played a crucial role in enhancing both customer satisfaction and revenue growth for Kesko Senukai.

What Being Shortlisted Means to Us

Being shortlisted once again at the European Search Awards means more than just industry recognition.
It reflects our team’s relentless ambition to deliver measurable business impact for our clients, Not just better search results, but better sales conversations with each and every customer.
This achievement inspires us to push even harder as we expand internationally and continue setting a new standard for eCommerce search performance.

Our Growth Story: 3x Year-over-Year

The past three years have been a period of exponential growth for LupaSearch:

  • Revenue has tripled year-over-year, and in 2025 we are on track to surpass €1 million in annual revenue.
  • Client portfolio expansion: We’ve recently integrated with respected brands such as Sortland, Würth, Douglas, Euronics Lithuania, and others.
  • New markets: We are making bold moves into Poland, starting with the integration of eZebra, and launching a major awareness campaign: “Commit for better sales search results or go home”, which has attracted significant attention.

Building a Strong Partner Ecosystem

In addition to direct client growth, more and more eCommerce agencies are choosing LupaSearch as their technology partner, integrating our solution into their tech stacks to provide better search capabilities to their own customers.

We believe that partnerships are critical to sustainable growth, and we are proud to see our network expanding steadily across the Baltics, Poland, and beyond.

A Testimonial from Our Team

“The European Search Awards are a benchmark for excellence in the digital industry. Being shortlisted again means our work delivers real results; not just for our clients, but for the end customers they serve. Our mission is simple: help eCommerce brands create better sales conversations through smarter, AI-powered search.”
