After what has been their strongest year to date, Cedarwood Digital are delighted to take home five European Search Awards including:

  • Best Small SEO Agency
  • Best Small PPC Agency
  • Best Small Integrated Agency
  • Best Use Of Search (FMCG)
  • Best Use Of Search (Gaming)

Topping off what has been a great year of growth across both staff and clients!

Commenting on the awards, Director Amanda Walls says “2024/25 has been such an important year for us, not just in terms of growth and client success, but in the way we have been able to translate this into giving back to the community through initiatives with local colleges and Manchester DM – it’s great to be able to create something of value that really gives back to the community.”

2024/25: A Year Of Community Focus

Community has been at the heart of what Cedarwod have done over the last year, from speaking at a range of national and international events, to working with local colleges to upskill a new generation of digital marketers, right through to launching Manchester DM an inclusive free-to-attend event designed to share knowledge and bring together the Manchester community.

It’s been great to see the way that this community’s impact is working to upskill colleagues, students, people new to the industry, people old to the industry and many more – and it’s been great to see the Manchester community come together to share knowledge and engage in some great learning at the same time!

Additionally, Cedarwood has continued to work with great programs, including the Women In Tech SEO Mentorship program, which is designed to help support other women in technical SEO – with this being the second cohort of involvement.

Retaining & Developing Staff

2024/2025 has also been a great year for developing and retaining staff. During the year Cedarwood hired three more fresh graduates, continuing their commitment to training graduates within the digital marketing space, in addition to seeing staff achieve three and five-year milestones, which sadly are becoming rarer in the digital marketing industry.

In addition, ensuring that staff have an effective work/life balance has led the business to overhaul its benefits program, offer more flexible working and implement more in-work facilities for staff to help with health and well-being.

Looking Ahead To 25/26

As the market continues to grow and develop, Cedarwood look forward to building on the success of the last year to continue to grow not only as a business, but also within the community for a successful year ahead.
