A performance marketing agency based in Exeter and Bristol, UK, Launch has one unique goal in mind: to be happy.

We believe happy people do great work – and that’s been validated by our being shortlisted in four different categories at the European Search Awards

When you prioritise wellbeing in the workplace, everyone benefits. After all, without our people and clients, Launch wouldn’t exist. That’s why happiness is such an important factor in the way we operate. When individuals are happy, they’re at their most creative and motivated, the entire team are pulling in the right direction, and our clients get to work innovative, proactive staff who want to see them succeed.

We’re delighted to be a finalist at the European Search Awards for Best Integrated Campaign, Most Innovative PPC Campaign, Best Use of Search (Real Estate) and Best Small PPC Agency. It’s exciting to be recognised on an international scale for the work we do, especially as a smaller team outside of the big cities.

Our shortlisted campaigns include work for home security company Banham Group and luxury orangery designer and manufacturer, David Salisbury.

Banham (nominated for Best Integrated Campaign) wanted Launch’s help to promote its keyholding service as a standalone offering. With low search volume and tough competition, we devised a cross-platform strategy based on behavioural targeting to reach the right audience. Advertising across Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Sky AdSmart, we were able to drive record results for the client – with Banham now operating with its highest-ever number of active contracts.

Meanwhile, David Salisbury (nominated for Real Estate and Most Innovative PPC Campaign) was all about bypassing the temptation of lead volume to zero-in on lead quality. Working closely with the client, we attributed values to different conversions within the business, and trained campaigns to focus on an audience that would most likely book a design consultation, as these have the highest propensity to convert. To do that, we leveraged value-based bidding and visual platforms like Instagram and Pinterest to make the most of the beautiful creative on offer. The result? A record-breaking number of Q4 sales for the business. And with lead quality through the roof, the designers and salespeople can really focus on nurturing the right prospects.

We’re delighted to be nominated for Best Small PPC Agency again, having taken home the award last year. Being a finalist for a second consecutive year, in a challenging time for agencies, confirms we’re doing all the right things: investing in our team, expanding our knowledge, and helping clients achieve their goals. Our blog, events, and YouTube channel show just how much expertise we have in house, and we feel lucky to be in a position where we can give that back to the digital marketing community.

We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for May 25th
