TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All entries (made before 23:59 on Thursday, 30 January 2025) will be charged a Super Early Bird administration fee of £215 (+ VAT if applicable) per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.
Entries submitted after the Super Early Bird deadline but on or before Thursday, 20 February 2025 will be charged an Early Bird administration fee of £275 (+ VAT if applicable)
The Final Deadline for submissions is Thursday, 06 March 2025
Entries between Early Bird and Final Deadline will be charged an administration fee of £335 (+ VAT if applicable) per entry.
We are defining Europe geographically and not by membership of the European Union. Companies based in the UK, USA and elsewhere in the world are welcome to enter the awards providing they are delivering campaigns in Europe.
Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, figures, and statistics and include as much information as possible on your entry form.
We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and/or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PDF format and upload it with your entry under 2MB.
All completed and returned entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission after payment has been made.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any entry.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.
We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners’ trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point, and follow the entry format stated in The Rules here.
We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval. Winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public for future marketing and promotion.
Don’t Panic reserves the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of entries received not reach the required standard.

Payment Terms
If your payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from Don’t Panic to the email address you specified when placing your entry detailing your purchase. You will be redirected back to this website when the transaction is complete, where you can also download your invoice receipt.
Full payment for award entries is required by the date and time of the entry deadline, should payment not be received by this time, it could result in your entry being removed and not judged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF JUDGING
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.
Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by email (at the address provided in the application) on the shortlist announcement date.
In the interest of transparency, judges are ineligible to enter.
Judges will not allow personal relationships or experiences to influence judging marks or decisions and their judging will be impartial and based on the standard of entry, campaign, organisation or product.
Judges will declare any perceived conflict of interest to the event organisers ahead of reading any entries.
All judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone outside of the judging panel ahead of the ceremony or thereafter.
Judges will not share confidential material, judging papers or entries with anyone. Judges will securely delete all judging materials immediately after the judging period or give materials to the Don’t Panic team who will manage this.
Judges can only access entries that they have been provided to score.
Judges will not notify anyone that they have won or that they are shortlisted ahead of the official announcements.
Judges will not provide any feedback to entrants as to why they have not won or were not shortlisted – all requests for feedback must be directed to the awards organiser, Don’t Panic.
Software/tool categories – judging is based on the application form and the judges’ industry knowledge of the tools. They are a highly experienced judging panel with in-depth industry knowledge. The tool log-ins requested are for any judges who feel that want to delve deeper into any claims/functionality detailed in the entry.
Should a judge break the rules of conduct and the code is not adhered to, they will be asked to leave the panel and not be invited to judge any future awards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASES/EVENT
Cancellations are permitted 28 days or more in advance of any event. Don’t Panic Project Ltd regrets that no cancellations are acceptable 28 days prior to the event date, and therefore no refunds are payable after this point. However, a substitute delegate or guest can be nominated as a replacement.
All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to [email protected].
Where circumstances force cancellation of the event in its entirety, Don’t Panic Projects Ltd will offer a full refund to each paying delegate/guest within 14 days of the cancellation.
Force Majeure
Don’t Panic will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.
Such causes include, but are not limited to power failure, internet service provider failure, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosions or accidents, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
Where an event can be postponed, this will be taken into account and any investment already made will be transferred to the new date. Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of our control, this event may be transferred to a virtual online event.
Payment Terms

Full payment for event ticket sales is strictly 30 days from the invoice date or 7 days in advance of the event date, whichever is sooner.
Filming & Photography
There may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Attendees consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. Photographs taken at the event are the intellectual property of Don’t Panic and its event partners and will be used in promotion and marketing post-event.
Trophies
All trophies are inspected prior to the awards ceremony. Once these trophies have been handed over, you are responsible for the trophy from thereon. Don’t Panic Projects Ltd will not cover the cost of a replacement due to damages during or the award ceremony. Should you require a replacement trophy, please contact [email protected].
