Digital Ethos – shortlisted in 2021 but coming back for more in 2022!

Digital Ethos was shortlisted in four categories at the European Search Awards 2021: Best Use of Search – Retail/ecommerce, Best Use of Search – B2C, Best Integrated Campaign and Best PPC Campaign.


We were delighted with the feedback and the success of our entries and felt it was a true reflection for the hard work, dedication and creativity of the entire team at the company – especially given the challenges of the last 18 months. 


We entered the European Search Awards because we are beyond proud of the work we provide for our clients. We see awards as the perfect opportunity for us to put our work in the spotlight and up against the best in the business, allowing us to truly gauge how far we’ve come since we were founded in 2016. 


As a team we sat down and went through the application process. It forced us to look at our business from a different perspective and compare ourselves to our competitors. 


It was the perfect opportunity to think about how we stand out and what constitutes success. By analysing what worked for our clients has helped us this year, and will continue to do so in the future, as we begin to identify areas of improvement. 


It goes without saying that we see awards nominations as the perfect way to raise awareness of our organisation – to open doors to new clients, new opportunities and new staff.  


If you’re the best – the best will want to work with you. Being recognised as the best in class and building our brand has definitely helped attract new talent to our business and we believe we have some of the best digital marketers in the world as part of our workforce. 


Our team of more than 50 creative, innovative and committed marketers are on hand to support businesses of all shapes and sizes. Winning or being shortlisted for an award is a very public way of recognising their hard work and their achievements. By getting this continued recognition our staff are constantly being reminded about the value of what they are doing, what’s good about the company and why they are proud to be part of it – every success is celebrated as a team. 


We have also seen a real appetite and desire from the team to keep getting this recognition. They understand how high they have set the bar high and continue to strive to go above and beyond to meet these ever-increasing expectations that awards recognition brings with it.
