In 2021 we experienced nominations in 26 digital award shows, including 12 at the European Search Awards 2021.
Six Extraordinary Months
The past six months have been both exciting and challenging. With the covid-19 situation still ongoing, there’s still many things to settle and adapt to. Nevertheless, the s360 team of +200 fantastic people has successfully reached many of their goals.
One of our goals has been to win an award for our specialists’ fantastic work. With a high skill level, it’s not always crystal clear to see how our work, which we regularly do, can have such a big impact on the clients business and user experience of their products and services.
In May 2021, we accomplished this goal, and we even exceeded it. We were nominated in a total of 12 categories and won three of them:
- Best SEO Campaign (LARGE) with the case: s360 & Swappie – Taking over Amazon and Apple on SEO
- Best Use Of Data (SEO) (LARGE) with the case: s360 & BAUHAUS – Prioritizing Content Production with Google Trends
- Best Use Of Search – Retail/Ecommerce (SEO) (LARGE) with the case: s360 & Swappie – Taking over Amazon and Apple on SEO
Especially, the Award win for Best SEO Campaign has made a huge impact on our team and our recognition in the market. It’s the second time in three years we have won that category, and the excitement in the team has been magical since then. The win at European Search Awards 2019 was also for Best SEO Campaign, back then with our case, s360 & Arla – Closing the Content Gap with a World of Cheese.
The Value of being an Award-Winning Agency
As an agency, it is always beneficial to say we win awards for what we do. Awards are a huge endorsement from the industry, especially when the judges consist of sharp people who have worked in the industry for many years.
Team Effort and Motivation Across Offices
Getting the 12 nominations and three wins in the European Search Award 2021 has been a motivational boost to the team, showing that it’s possible to get nominated and even win. That alone has created a winning spirit that improves and moves the needle, bringing the best to many client cases.
The past six months have been a driving factor for our new entries at European Content Awards 2022. We closed 2021 with the breaking news that we had been shortlisted in 10 categories, including Content Strategy of the Year and Rising Star in Content Award.
Entering the European Search Awards 2021 was a driving factor to us entering and being successful in other awards. We are very proud of the results, both from work with the client and our skilled specialists.
