AVA Beauty aimed to grow net profit by 50%+ in Q4 2024 while scaling ad spend. The obstacle? Doing it without sacrificing profitability—something traditional Shopping structures rarely optimize for.

The Solution: POAS-Based Shopping Structure

We implemented a Profit on Ad Spend (POAS) Shopping structure powered by Profit Metrics, dynamically shifting budget toward the most profitable SKUs in real time.

To maximize results, we also implemented a series of advanced optimizations:

  • Hourly product feed updates to avoid wasted spend on out-of-stock items
  • Manual title and image improvements to boost CTR and conversions
  • Integration with a Google CSS partner to reduce CPCs by up to 20%
  • Real-time attribution with Triple Whale to ensure accurate budget decisions
