At Semcore, Poland’s first SXO agency, we believe that the true success of digital marketing lies in the synergy of SEO and UX strategies. Our holistic approach, supported by advanced research from SemcoreLAB, has one primary goal: to generate real revenue growth for our clients. It’s this philosophy of innovation and effectiveness that led our case study, “What Really Works in SEO?”, to a nomination in the European Search Awards in the Most Innovative Campaign (SEO) category.

“What Really Works in SEO?” is a comprehensive piece of work with an ambitious task: we wanted to redefine effectiveness in SEO, proving that in today’s complex digital ecosystem, it’s a strategic approach – not “life-hacks” or quick wins – that yields the best results. In response to the growing needs of our clients, we set ourselves the goal of optimizing our own strategies, reducing operational costs without compromising quality, and developing a revolutionary AI-SEO framework.
The ambition of this project was also, firstly, to organize and standardize our existing knowledge, and secondly – to discover new, effective tactics and build a solid database that would enable almost automatic trend analysis, rapid identification of best practices, and dynamic strategy optimization. Expanding our team with new talents ready to co-create the future of the industry was also significant.
100 Experts, 1000 Applications, 30 Brands
The nominated case study is not just a collection of theories but primarily the result of broad collaboration and the trust the industry has placed in us. To get to the heart of effective SEO strategies, we invited over 100 external experts, outstanding specialists from various fields of online marketing, to participate. Their rich experience and diverse perspectives were crucial in the process of identifying innovative solutions. It’s thanks to them that behind every result lies knowledge, experience, and determination.
The interest in the project from brands also exceeded our expectations – we received over 1000 applications, which demonstrates the enormous need for reliable knowledge in the dynamically changing world of SEO. Ultimately, we partnered with 30 strong brands, leaders in their sectors, who together with us took on the challenge of testing and implementing innovative tactics. Thanks to this unique synergy – the knowledge of experts and the willingness to experiment on the part of leading companies – we were able to conduct in-depth analyses, organize numerous mastermind sessions and workshops that became the foundation of our work. This collaboration also allowed us to create a framework that has tangibly translated into the growth and success of Semcore’s clients – not only during the project implementation but also today.

Nomination on the European Stage and an Impetus for Further Development
The nomination for the European Search Awards in the Most Innovative Campaign (SEO) category is not only an honor for Semcore but also a significant confirmation that the combination of SEO and UX, along with a scientific approach to online marketing, brings real, measurable benefits. It’s also proof that our strategies simply work.
The composition of the jury, which includes many outstanding specialists and influential leaders from the digital marketing industry, is also significant for us. The fact that our project “What Really Works in SEO?” has been recognized by respected professionals is a source of pride and a strong impetus for our further development.
This distinction is a clear signal for Semcore that the vision of combining SEO and UX to achieve innovative and effective results is the right path, and that SEO is not just intuition and established patterns but also openness to new solutions.
