About Netia B2C Campaign
Netia is one of the biggest telecommunications companies in Poland that provides internet, television, and telephone services to consumers and businesses. It provides a wide range of offers, including fiber-optic internet and joined internet and TV packages. The main goal of Netia B2C campaign was to maximize the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns during peak demand season for its’ offer. It is also important to mention that telecommunications services industry in Poland is considered highly competitive and extremely price-sensitive due to high inflation rates observed in recent years, which posed an additional challenge for our team.
To achieve ambitious marketing goal and meet specific KPIs that we set for ourselves, we created an advanced full-funnel strategy, based on product and location-based segmentation, personalized communication and precisely-tailored audience groups. The campaign structure we designed covered the entire sales funnel without overlapping with Netia’s B2B activities. We also utilized synergy between different areas, including website content optimization and UX. During the campaign period there were definitely some unexpected challenges along the way, but we managed to overcome them. Thanks to our efforts, we achieved historically record-breaking results for Netia, proving paid search’s power and potential as a profitable channel in today’s digital landscape.
